2. Rose will make her only money by painting pictures and if she doesn't make enough that way, she'll play the guitar. She will not write books.
3. All the toddlers will learn to walk, talk and go potty. Some may learn logic and music if they want to.
4. I will use birthday cakes to age them up.
5. Everyone will go to school.
6. If Rose has time, she will teach the teens how to drive.
7. I will try to make Rose have only at-home births. (Try because sometimes Sims refuse to stay home and give birth.
)8. Most of the earned rewards with be used. (Fertility, attractive, etc)
9. All will have different fathers, other than twins and triplets.
10. Teens will help teach the toddlers skills.
11. Teens will take care of the children when Rose has somewhere to go. (I will try not to hire babysitters unless there are no teens currently in the household.)
12. All Sims will have at least one martial arts skill and one body skill.
13. All traits will be randomized except for one. They will all have the brave trait.
14. All names will be random names I think up, ninja names, or they will be chosen by you readers.
15. If the teens so choose, they will get a job. Otherwise, they'll only go to school and help at home unless they get a bf/gf.
16. Newborn babies won't age up for 2-4 days. Toddlers will age up in 4. Children will age up in 7. Teens will age up anytime after 7 days.

I may add more rules later on, but this is all I can think of at the moment.
